Buck Mountain Maple Syrup is known for its exceptional flavor. Some of the reasons for this may be the minerals in our soils, our small batches, and the use of a wood-fired arch to make our syrup.

Choosing A Syrup Grade

All our syrup grades are of equal quality, so choosing a grade is mostly a question of personal taste. Generally speaking the lighter grades (Fancy and Medium Amber) have more delicate, 'buttery' maple subtleties; the darker grades, (Dark Amber and B), have a more robust, hearty maple flavor. Within our family, everyone prefers a different grade. Every sugaring season produces different characteristics within the grades. We suggest you try a variety of grades, and see for yourself what you like best.

Please let us know if you'd like syrup favors for a wedding, anniversary, or party. We have multiple styles of 40 ml bottles available for this purpose.
